Day 1

Transfer from the airport to the hotel.
Check into the hotel any time after 3 p.m.
3-7 p.m.: Welcome table in the hotel lobby.

6:30-8 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel's main restaurant.
8 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Half-day Abu Dhabi city tour, with visits to Heritage Village, the Corniche and Sheikh Zayed Mosque; includes transportation and lunch at Le Vendome in Emirates Palace (soft drinks included).
Free time.
3:30 p.m.: Desert Safari Tour by 4-wheel-drive Jeep, including desert dune bashing, camel rides, sunset photography and a visit to a shisha (hookah) facility; includes transportation, English-speaking guide and gratuities.
7:30 p.m.: Barbecue dinner, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, unlimited soft drinks, water, tea and coffee (alcoholic beverages are available at an extra cost) and a belly dance/Tanoura show by professional artists.
9:30 p.m.: Return to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 36 days or more before the start date of your trip, you’ll get a full refund. If you cancel within 35 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 30 days or more before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.
